EMU concentrates upon the essential

The fundamental idea of the EMU DT opposed jet mill is energy concentration. Specially designed acceleration nozzles and grinding chamber ensure that maximum of the energy used by the system is focused on the essential - micronizing. Nozzles and the chamber are small in volume and they can be made of special, wear resistant, materials.

Dynamic DTCR classifier is used in series with the DT jet mill. It finishes the job by giving sharp top cut together with high yield. Steel (Aluminum) rotor may be coated with wear resistant powder and classifier inner surfaces can be lined with ceramics.
